PQI has announced to the release of its S535 2.5-inch SATA II solid state drive (SSD). Based on MLC flash memory, the S535 is equipped with SandForce SSD controller. PQI’s new SSD is available in capacities ranging from 64GB to 256GB. It offers up to 250MB/s read and 250MB/s write speeds.
